I arrived in New Zealand from Japan when I was 14, and studied at Unique while I was attending local college in Auckland. I must say that my time with Unique New Zealand was a wonderful experience, as everyone at Unique made sure we felt at "home" and were an extended "family" .

I graduated from Massey University, Albany Campus majoring in Internatinal Business and Marketing, and after I left NZ, I worked as an international sales representative for a Japanese manufacturer holding the account for one of the largest prestige cosmetics company based in New York City.
I had no problem communicating with the Americans and also the customers and suppliers all over the world, as the teachers at Unique New Zealand provided me with a good English course.
Thank you to the teachers at Unique New Zealand  as, thanks to their teaching, I was able to receive the Excellence Award for three consecutive years for that job.


With the experience of living and studying in New Zealand and also working in an international environment, I have now established my own trading company distributing NZ foodstuffs in Japan as a sole distributor for a brand.  It is called Fusion Life.
I love the lifestyle in New Zealand and I hope to promote the relaxed NZ lifestyle in Japan through NZ products, promotional events and NZ wine tours.

I must say that I made the right choice to study at Unique New Zealand as it gave me a great insight into the multicultural environment, and I recommend to anyone who is considering studying and wants a "Kiwi" experience,  to choose Unique New Zealand without any doubt.
