On Saturday 16th June a group of our adult Japanese students organised a wonderful Bunkasai (Cultural Festival) to show off the different cultures studying at Unique in Browns Bay. We had Japanese games and a yosakoi dance performance. The Unique New Zealand staff had an eating race, which was very messy but fun. The South American students taught everyone to salsa and the Kapa Haka group from Northcross Intermediate performed for us too. There was also food available from Korea, Japan and South America. Everyone had a great morning with lots of fun and laughter.
